We like our kitchen equipment to do the job better; good design is not enough - it needs to be outstanding and functionally innovative. We want to create things that will stand the test of time, so we tend to use natural and time-proven materials such as woods with antibacterial properties, tough stainless steel, durable porcelain and heat-resistant laboratory glass.
I like a knife block that is convenient but out of the way on the kitchen counter. This knife block also dissembles for easy cleaning.
This really solid chopping station is great to use and has a light and convenient stainless steel drawer to put food into and then simply tip it into a pan. I use mine portrait with the drawer on the right hand side.
Our objective was to design the perfect oil bottle that poured smoothly and was easy to fill and clean. I am especially proud of the unique spiral air vents.
This over shoulder apron, inspired by traditional Japanese fishmarkets, protects further around the body than a conventional apron. The elastic waistband allows added flexibility.
